  • Audio and video recordings of RON sessions
  • Digital copies of documents submitted
  • Journal entries, knowledge-based authentication (KBA) responses, and identity verification logs

  • IP address, device type, browser type, operating system
  • Cookies, session identifiers, and usage analytics
  • Location data as required for identity verification during RON sessions

We collect financial information to process payments, including:

  • Credit/debit card type and number (processed via PCI-compliant gateway; full card number is not stored)
  • Billing address and transaction history

  • Conduct RON sessions, notarizations, and closings

  • Authenticate, process, and deliver completed documents
  • Communicate about your account and session status

  • RON platforms (e.g., BlueNotary, Pactima) for notarization sessions
  • Identity verification and KYC providers for biometric and knowledge-based authentication
  • Couriers and shipping providers for physical document delivery

4.2 Government and Legal Compliance

We may disclose data when required by law, court orders, subpoenas, audits, or investigations.

4.3 No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal data to third parties.

  • Opting out of sale of personal data (which the Company does not engage in)
